My lifestyle has revolved around fitness...
since I was a young boy. At the age of 8 years old my father influenced me to start doing push-ups and sit-ups to strengthen my body. I played sports my entire life, including ice hockey (played at the collegiate level), soccer, lacrosse and track. I also spent time coaching division 1 high school ice hockey and track. I have been competing as a natural bodybuilder since 1997 and have been in well over 26 drug-tested shows. I have competed and earned money at the pro level as a natural bodybuilder and have helped many aspiring athletes prepare for contests. Since January 2005, I have been working as a full-time personal trainer at Blacksburg Health & Fitness (The Weight Club) in Blacksburg, VA in addition being the supplement sales & inventory manager.
I have committed my life to the sport of bodybuilding and wish to encourage people to attain their ultimate physique via hard work, discipline and patience rather than using shortcuts (steroids and other illegal harmful substances). It is my goal to show people what is possible without the use of performance enhancing drugs and to help enlighten the public about the sport of bodybuilding.
