Nutrition is the key...

...to reaching your fitness goals no matter what type of athlete you are. If you want to look your best and/or optimize your performance, proper macronutrient balance and timing is essential.

For a bodybuilder, nutrition is life! The majority of the day revolves around planning, preparing and eating the right foods. Every body is different, so it’s important to figure out what works best for you. Bodytypes (ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph) play a large role in determining an individual’s optimal composition of protein, carbohydrates and fats as well as supplement use. Other important variables to consider are bodyfat percentage, daily activity level, number of workouts per week and degree of intensity.
