I would not be where I am today if it were not for you two. The love and support you have provided along with the lessons you’ve taught me have been invaluable. You have both always been there for me. You always pushed me to be my best. You taught me never to be complacent. You taught me to never set limits and to believe in myself. You taught me how to work hard. You taught me the meaning of sacrifice. In a time when most people possess an overwhelming sense of entitlement, yet don’t want to work to attain anything and just accept complacency and failure…I know I am different and it is because of how you raised me. You set a standard of excellence in all faucets of life that is unparalleled. Despite your many great achievements, you have always been the most humble person I know. You were an incredible workout and partner and continue to be a great friend. You motivated and inspired me to take my game to another level. When I’m training, I think of how hard you’re working and it makes me work harder. I look forward to hopefully standing onstage next to you again, but I know I have my work cut out for me.

You are one of my closest friends and very few understand me the way you do. You have always been there for me through some good times we’ve shared and some rough times. I know that I can always count on you. You have been a positive influence on my bodybuilding career since the fall of 2000 when we started training together.
